This wine is made using Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the highest quality grapes are used. It is an exceptional sparkling wine produced by the renowned Italian winery, Ca dei Frati. This wine is made using the Metodo Classico method, a traditional method of sparkling wine production. The grapes used in the making of this wine are carefully selected from the winery's best vineyards in the Lombardy region of Italy.
Taste profile: This wine is pale yellow in color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it reveals a complex aroma of yellow fruits, floral notes, and hints of brioche, biscuits and hazelnut, hay and seasoned tobacco. The palate is lively and refreshing with a crisp acidity and a subtle minerality. The elegant and well-balanced finish leaves a lasting impression.
Winemaking process: The wine is then aged on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, resulting in a wine of exceptional depth and complexity.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
