Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gamay from Fleurie in Beaujolais, France. Sourced from a tiny parcel of old vines planted on steep, southeast facing slopes of pink granite
Taste Profile: An expressive nose of ripe red cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. It features distinct floral undertones—particularly violets and rose hip—along with a spicy, peppery edge. On the palate, it is concentrated yet light-bodied, supported by mouth-watering acidity and a firm, mineral backbone derived from pink granite soils
Winemaking Process: Following a strict natural philosophy, the grapes undergo cold carbonic maceration (whole-cluster) for approximately 2 to 4 weeks. The wine is aged for roughly 6 to 7 months in old French oak barrels or stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic purity

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
