The Toro Albalá winery began in the heart of Southern Cordoba in 1922, which is famous for its wine region Montilla-Moriles. Their history begins with the story of a small wine grower José María Toro Albalá who had the great idea of keeping aged wines to create wine treasures destined for the most demanding palates and whose family values are still founded on this philosophy today.
Miut, which stands for Mimo, Identidad, Uva Tierra (Care, Land, Grape and Identity), was a project created to explore still white wines from Montila, to showcase the ability for Montila to make quality wines that are not solera or fortified
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pedro Ximenez from the vineyards of Pago de Benavente, Sierra de Montilla in Montilla-Morilles in Andalusia, Spain. It comes from a hundred year old vineyard planteed on solid chakly soils.
Taste Proile: Pale with golden reflections at sight. On the nose, freshness, citrus notes, memories of freshly cut aromatic herbs. Fresh on the palate, volume, aftertaste of pastries and a pleasant persistence
Winemaking Process: Fermentation in 500 L French oak barrels (85%) and fermentation in terracotta amphora (15%). Aged on lees with batonnage for 10 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
