Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy, France
The Didons are strict biodynamicists; their estate in Chassey-le-Camp is isolated from other vineyards to ensure zero cross-contamination from neighbors.
Taste Profile: A crisp and "beautifully refreshing" Chardonnay that avoids the heavy wood or vanilla notes found in more conventional Burgundies
An intense bouquet of white fruits, pear, and white flowers. Some tasters note a distinct "stinky reduction" or "struck match" flintiness upon opening that gives way to fruit.
Layers of yellow apple, asian pear, and citrus peel. It has a rounded, slightly creamy texture balanced by bright, "electric" acidity and an intense mineral depth of stone and salt.
Winemaking Process: The estate uses whole-cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Aged in old oak barrels and stainless steel or fiberglass vats for roughly 12 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
