Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Washington State, USA.
Taste Profile: Bright straw-yellow. Rather wild scents of peach pit, strawberry, lime peel, hazelnut and musky lees. Rich and dense on entry, then concentrated and saline in the middle palate, with a melting umami quality that reminded me a bit of sake. Holds its shape and energy nicely through a subtly long, savory aftertaste. A very sophisticated, classically dry, youthful Chardonnay with a bright future
Winemaking Process: The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, followed by 8 months ageing on lees in French oak, with a small amount in concrete tanks

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
