Taste Profile: This wine is a true reflection of its terroir, offering a textured and powerful expression of Sylvaner. The Muschelkalk soils, characterized by limestone and fossilized shells, impart a distinct mineral character to the wine. On the nose, delicate floral aromas mingle with ripe stone fruits and a touch of citrus zest. On the palate, vibrant acidity refreshes the senses, while flavors of green apples, pears, and white peach create a harmonious and engaging taste profile. Winemaking Process: Stefan Vetter follows organic and biodynamic winemaking practices. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and quality. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed without any maceration or crushing and put directly into old/neutral barrels. The wine is topped up while in barrel, but not sulfured. The wines are normally racked only once and then bottled unfined and unfiltered with lower SO2

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
