Like liquid sunshine from the Douro — nutty, rich, and just complex enough to make you feel fancy.
Grape Varietals & Region: Blended from traditional Portuguese port varieties — primarily Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão, and Tinta Roriz — all sourced from Quinta de la Rosa's estate vineyards in the heart of the Douro Valley. The quinta's vines rise dramatically out of the river, climbing up to an altitude of 500m at the Lamelas vineyard, with sweeping views over the very heart of the region. All grapes are classified Category A — the very best the Douro has to offer.
Taste Profile: Expect enticing notes of dried apricot and figs, layered with rich honey, toasted almonds, and a touch of orange peel for a zesty lift. Remarkable freshness and minerality balance the richness, and the house style leans drier than most tawnies — no cloying sweetness here
Winemaking Process: Grapes are crushed by foot, fermented in traditional lagares, then aged in small oak casks. Each year, a selection of the estate's finest wines is set aside to age in old 550-litre oak pipes for an average of 10 years, developing their characteristic depth and complexity. Extra care is taken to ensure the brandy is seamlessly integrated during fermentation, resulting in a more refined, longer-lasting flavour profile. The port is lightly filtered and requires no decanting.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
