Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Marsannay AOC in Cote de Nuits, Burgundy. The "Au Quartier" plot is a highly prized location situated at the top of the coteaux (slopes). Crucially, it sits directly inside the zone of Champ Perdrix, which is an aspiring Premier Cru site currently undergoing classification reviews. The higher elevation and unique clay-limestone soils grant this wine an exceptional, vibrant mineral core paired with remarkable depth and focus
Taste Profile: Expressive aromas of fresh red and dark fruits—particularly dark cherry, raspberry, and blackberry—layered with subtle baking spices, florals, and earthy minerality
On the palate, medium-bodied, juicy, and energetic. It features a supple, comforting texture balanced by high acidity and ultra-fine, silky tannins. The finish is long, vertical, and beautifully precise
Winemaking Process: The grapes are partially de-stemmed and fermented using ambient yeasts in small 15 HL stainless steel tanks. Maceration is kept relatively short with minimal punch-downs (pigeage) to avoid over-extracting harsh tannins. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. He avoids dominating the fruit profile, using an extremely tiny percentage of new oak (mostly neutral, older barrels)

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
