Grape Varietals & Region: Crafted from Andong’s native Cheongsu grapes in South Korea.
Taste Profile: This wine carries a nuanced profile: bright lemon zest, green apple, and passion fruit aromas layered with a crisp, scholarly elegance of the poet. Its medium body and lingering finish evoke the steadfastness of Andong’s history, while the clean acidity refreshes like a mountain breeze
Winemaking Process: With a 2-stage fermentation process, where whole clusters of Chungsoo grapes are crushed and fermented with skins for 10 days in stainless steel tanks to extract color and tannins. The must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for an additional 35 days of fermentation at controlled temperatures (20°C), followed by 6 months of aging. The absence of malolactic fermentation and oak aging ensures that the wines retain their vibrant acidity and pure fruit character

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
