Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Franc from Villány, Hungary, a region where the grape has become the primary Cabernet rather than a blending partner.
Taste Profile: Aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and a hint of bell pepper on the nose. Complex and balanced on the palate, with smooth tannins, a medium body and a long finish.
Winemaking Process: The wine spends 12 months in oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to the flavour profile.
Winemaker: The Bock family has grown vines and made wine in Villány since 1850, passing the craft down through nine generations. József Bock started with just half a hectare and has since grown the estate to 145 hectares producing 36 different wines, championing Cabernet Franc and helping elevate it to one of the region's signature grapes.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
