Milan Nestarec "Forks & Knives" Red 2020
The everyday red Nestarec designed to be poured with, well, forks and knives — at the table, with food.
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Blaufränkisch (locally called Frankovka), Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir, grown on clay soils in Moravý Žížkov, in Moravia, Czech Republic.
Taste Profile: A vibrant ruby red colour with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and earthy notes. Light-bodied and refreshing on the palate, with juicy acidity and soft tannins that make this an easy, food-friendly red.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested and destemmed, with free-run juice left to ferment spontaneously before extended skin contact. The wine ages in old, large neutral oak barrels for around 11 months and is bottled unfiltered with minimal added sulphur.
Winemaker: Milan Nestarec is based in Velké Bílovice, Moravia, where his winemaking philosophy centres on minimal intervention and sustainability — organic and biodynamic farming, and fermentation with native yeasts alone, without commercial additives.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
