Made by Gareth Belton, this wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes, all grown using organic and biodynamic farming practices.

Taste profile: Rainbow Juice is a refreshing and zesty wine, with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is lively and juicy, with flavors of grapefruit, green apple, and a touch of minerality. The wine finishes with a crisp acidity and a hint of salinity.
