Taste Profile: Medium straw in colour with a bright gold hue, the A by Arras Premium Cuvee NV has a crystal clear appearance with a fine and persistent bead. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sautéed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.
A complex and vibrant sparkling wine crafted from a blend of three classic grape varieties, sourced from premium Tasmanian vineyards in renowned cold climate subregions, with meticulous viticulture and winemaking including extended lees aging, resulting in rich yet fresh flavours, elegant structure, great flavour persistence, exquisite balance, and a refreshing, natural acidity on the finish, making it an excellent non-vintage style.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
