Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Meunier from Buckinghamshire in England. The vineyard sits on an ancient Thames gravel terrace, where water flowed about 450,000 years ago. For thousands of years, the Thames cut down into the gravel and chalk, and left a terrace with steep slopes with large deposits of flint gravel, mixed into thick orange clay lying on top of the chalk. This is the classic ‘Thames Terroir’ and exists all around the valley at various heights above sea level
Taste Profile: Gold with fine effervescence. It has subtle floral aromatics with a savory, saline edge. The palate has a moreish quality because of the soft acid profile and elegant almost feather-light feel, with the saline finish really drawing you back to have another glass
Winemaking Process: 85% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the unique aromatic qualities of this variety. The rest was fermented in a 500 litre oak puncheon to build structure and length. Aged on the lees for 34 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
