La Del Terreno was created by young and pioneering winemaker Julia Casado, who dedicates all her time to the traditional viticulture of the Monastrell grape. Her story began during an internship at a winery in Pfalz (Germany)

La Del Terreno Ninja De Las Uvas Macabeo 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Macabeo from Bulla, Murcia in Spain. Vineyards are over 20 years old, planted on red clays with some calcareous gravels. 

Taste Profile: Dark orange yellow in color. Clean aromas with fruity aromas. A very pure, fresh & intense expression of the Bulla terroir, on a complex Macabeo backbone.

Winemaking Process: Following a manual harvest, the Macabeo grapes are taken to this winery. There is then a 10 day maceration and fermentation with native yeasts (in stainless steel tanks). The wine is then barrel aged (with fine lees) for 9 months and bottling without filtering or adding sulphites
