Fanny Sabre Bourgogne Aligote 2023
Much more than just a 'Bourgogne Aligote'. This is from a single parcel of old vines in Pommard; barrel fermented & aged. Punches well above its weight, for price & style
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Aligote from a single parcel within the village of Pommard in Burgundy, France.
Taste Profile: Captivates with its expressive nose of fruit and white flowers. On the palate, its vibrant freshness, delicate saline notes, and beautiful acidity provide an invigorating finish, perfect for pairing with appetizers or seafood
Winemaking Process: After hand sorting in the vineyard, the grapes were directly pressed and the juice settled for 48 hours prior to aging in 500 litre oak barrels (a proportion of which were new).
The wine was aged on lees with no interventions except small additions of sulphites after malolactic fermentation and during aging. It was racked after 11 months and then lightly filtered before bottling.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
