Anatolikos Vineyards Fine Assyrtiko 2022

Anatolikos Vineyards Fine Assyrtiko is super fine.

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Assyrtiko. The fruit comes from vineyards in the village Avdira of Thrace, Greece. The vines grow in sandy hills with stony subsoil, 3 km from the sea. Mediterranean climate with east winds and temperatures between 13–15°C.

Taste Profile: Gold and blonde with green highlights. Elegant aromas of vanilla and butter with a complex bouquet of citrus, quince, honeycomb and yellow fruits. Rich on the palate with balanced flavours and good acidity in a persistent finish

Winemaking Process: Harvesting the fruit by hand in late September. Pre-fermentation cold extraction and long fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Maturation on lees for 6 months in French oak barrels. No filtering before bottling.
