Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Syrah from Victory, Australia. It comes from Harcourt North, which is a much lesser known area as compared to it's Heathcote neighbour.
Harcourt is a very rarely seen region, in the context of Australian wines overall. Located near Heathcote, but distinctly different – with a much greater degree of subtlety & refrain than 'classic' Heathcote Shiraz examples
Taste Profile: Aromatically, the wine is floral and lifted, with lavender and violet, blackberry, blood plum and crushed rocks. The impact of the whole-bunch component is significant; it materially changes the shape of the tannins in the mouth and ups the impression of spiciness and exoticism. It's another example that combines perfume and finesse with excellent depth and fine structure
Winemaking Process: Fermented with 60% whole-bunches, the wine underwent almost two years’ maturation in large-format Stockinger (500, 1,500- and 2,000-litre casks) and was bottled after almost 2 years

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
