Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Valley in Washington, USA. It is a blend of Champoux & Mach One vineyards
Taste Profile: Beautiful fruit concentration with blackberries, blackcurrants, dark chocolate and red licorice. Encompassing and wide on the palate. Waves of plush, finely grained tannins come through, pushing the depth and unveiling dark fruit that is ripe and delicious. Salty undertones, too.
Winemaking Process: The wine ages for 22 months in French oak barrels
Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
They often have notes of forest floor, blackcurrant, mint & eucalyptus
