Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of 35% Grenache Blanc, 35% Bourboulenc 20% Clairette and 10% Roussanne from the Chateauneuf du Pape in Rhone, France
Located in the northern part of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Cabrières district, the estate vineyards are grown on sandy soil over a limestone subsoil. The vineyards are north facing, which brings a lot of freshness to the wines
Taste Profile: This classic French wine has a beautiful floral nose with notes of white peach, roasted pineapple, and pepper. Full-bodied and intense, it has a very long finish. It also has excellent aging potential, reaching 10-15 years
Winemaking Process: Nine months of aging in concrete tanks, ovoids, and a glass-encased "wine globe." During aging, there is contact with the lees, which gives the wine its full, rounded flavor. In the ovoids and wine globe, the wine and lees move spontaneously

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
