Artisans’ Terroir Raspanete Branco 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Lisboa, Portugal.

Taste Profile: With a greenish color, it presents aromas of vegetables, ripe citrus fruit and passion fruit. In the mouth it is full, fresh and velvety. An excellent tyle of the grape variety, it is a wine with great gastronomic potential and will certainly please those who enjoy a more aromatic and rounded wine.

Winemaking Process: Wine made with indigenous yeasts, with controlled fermentation temperature. The wine spends about 9 months in very old oak barrels with some battonage to add texture and hints of lemon curd and brioche.

From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone.
