Au Bon Climat Los Alamos Vineyard Pinot Noir 2022
Grape Varietals & Region: Pinot Noir coming from California, USA. The fruit comes from the Los Alamos Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley. The fruit comes from clones 2A & 8282, within block 9 of the vineyard.
Taste Profile: Captivating aromas of strawberry jam, baking spice, and black pepper define this wine's intense nose. Its full-bodied nature offers ample structure, while the palate reflects sandalwood, dried earth, and cherry punch.
Winemaking Process: The Pinot Noir is fermented in 5-ton open-top fermenters and punched down twice a day. These punch downs breakup the cap of skins that rises to the surface and pushed back into the juice so the fermentation process extracts the best part of the Pinot grapes. The wine is fermented to complete dryness, then pressed, and placed in barrel with moderate lees. The wine aged in 100% new François Frères barrels for 20 months on lees

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
