Chateau Pichon Longueville Baron Les Tourelles de Longueville Pauillac 2009
Grape varietals & region: A blend of 63% merlot, 30% cabernet-sauvignon, 7% petit verdot. Château Pichon-Longueville Baron, often referred to simply as "Pichon Baron", is a well-regarded wine estate in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux's Haut-Médoc wine region
Taste profile: Chateau A heady concoction of inky dark fruit, graphite, new leather, licorice, lavender, spice and grilled herbs soars out of the glass. Rich and expansive yet retains a super-classic vertical feel. Plush, silky tannins add to its immeasurable pedigree.
Winemaking process: Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, and then macerated for 20-30 days and fermented at 28-32°C in temperature controlled stainless steel vats of varying size. The wine is then transferred into oak barrels for aging after finishing its malolactic fermentation.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
