Daniel and Fernando were drawn to the windswept and almost abandoned Sierra de Gredos terroir – high altitudes, freely draining soils, as well as a mild and relatively humid climate. Though not an easy terroir for winemaking, they wanted to explore the mountainous terrain, determined to refine the area’s traditionally “workhorse” Grenache grape into their own unique product.

A family-run winemaking business that started in 1999. They strongly believe that it’s impossible to separate the quality of a wine from its naturalness. They immediately converted the vineyard to organic farming and their first bottle came onto the market in 2000.
