Domaine Kuheiji
Domaine Kuheiji was established in Burgundy by Japanese sake master, Kuheiji of Banjo Sake Brewery. The winery is located in Morey-Saint-Denis, one of the famous production areas of Côte de Nuits, and has been producing high quality Burgundy wines since 2016.
La Fiorita
Since its founding in the early nineties, the La Fiorita estate has constantly sought to perfect the longevity and aromatic complexity of its Brunello. Since Natalie Oliveros' arrival in 2011, the estate has acquired organic certification.
Domaine Sylvain Martel
Sylvain Martel trained as a winemaker in the Southern Rhone and spent 10 years running a small organic estate in the Ardeche. n 2018 he was ready to start his own venture and purchased a 1.3 hectare island of old Gamay vines on a dramatic steep slope at 450m altitude in the lieu-dit of Bessay in Julienas.
