Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Gelber Muskateller from the Mittleburgenland region, grown on a mixture of slate & gneiss soils in a Pannatonian climate

Taste Profile: The wine has a fruity, youthful nose, with floral notes of white blossom & elderflower. On the palate, it is lively with hints of tropical fruits

Winemaking Process: Natural spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks

Youthful & Spritzy Sparklings

Light, citrus driven & fun, a lot of these sparklings tend to have floral or tree fruit aromas like green apples. In more crisp styles, they are often more floral or citrus driven, and can be slightly sweet in more apple or pear driven fizzante styles
