Weingut Esterhazy Sauvignon Blanc No. 10 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from their Sankt Margarethen vineyards, grown on limestone soils

Taste Profile: Notes of lychee & fresh pineapple, with bright aromatics & refreshing acidity

Winemaking Process: The fruit is handpicked, and spends a few hours on the skin with 10% whole bunch maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in used Leithaberg Oak barrels, with 5 months ageing on lees with battonage. Bottled unfiltered

Bright & Mineral Whites

From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
