Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Dhroner Hofberg in Mosel, Germany. The vineyards are grown on devonia slate with quarzite

Taste Profile: It offers a nice nose of cooked strawberry, barbeque herbs, a hint of clove, a touch of bergamot, and subtle smoky elements. The wine is firm and still quite tart on the palate and leaves a minty and fruity feel in the finish.

WInemaking Process: The fruit is partially destemmed and undergoes spontaneous fermenation & maturation in a blend of new & used French Burgundy oak barrels for 18 bottles before bottling
