Taste Profile: A dark rich red wine that has been made with some serious thoughtfulness. This wine is bold with dark red fruit yet still supple and elegant. A complexity that is hard to match by the bigger wine makers.
Winemaking Process: A lively, powerful whole cluster grenache. Indigenous yeasts, 15 days of maceration in whole bunches, without punching down or pumping over, 8 months aging on fine lees, without added sulfites
