Description
Partida Creus TP 2019
Partida Creus TP is a light and vibrant with a pretty red summer fruit, pepper and Mediterranean herb character. The light to medium-bodied palate has fine, feathery tannins and a thirst-quenching acidity that makes it all the more tasty.
100% Trepat, a rare variety. The fruit comes from abandoned vineyards around the winery in Penedès, Spain.
Destemming of the fruit, then a short 3 days maceration. Fermentation and elevage in tank where it rests on lees for 8 months prior to bottling. No fining or filtering before bottling.
