Partida Creus BS 2019
Partida Creus BS is complex and structured, yet fresh and alive. Straw colour with a copper hue. Elderflower and dried Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Mandarin citrus, passionfruit and an oyster saline minerality swirls around in the mouth. The palate has a friendly quaffability, crunchy texture and bright acidity.
100% Sumoll Blanco/Blanc de Sumoll. Blanc de Sumoll is an exceedingly rare variety found in Catalonia, Spain. Plantings of this variety have fallen due to low yields despite its high quality potential.
Direct pressing, fermentation and elevage in stainless steel. No filtering, fining or additional sulphur before bottling.
