Ohkela Bebe Grenache 2020 is a delightful wine that showcases the vibrant and expressive characteristics of the Grenache grape, especially when slightly chilled. This wine hails from a renowned wine region, known for producing exceptional Grenache wines.
Grape Varietal & Region: Ohkela Bebe is crafted from 100% Grenache grapes, sourced from vineyards in the Swan Valley in Western Australia.
Taste Profile: Think booze soaked berries, spice, lush and supple. This Grenache delights the palate with its ripe and juicy flavors. It offers a burst of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by subtle hints of spice and floral notes. The wine is well-balanced, with smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity, creating a harmonious and enjoyable drinking experience.
Winemaking Process: 5 days on skins, hand-plunged twice a day, then free-run juice was transferred to a Qvervri where it stayed till fermentation was done. Was then racked to a stainless steel tank and elevaged for 8 months till bottling.
