Nivarius Edicion Limitada is a barrel-fermented white wine that is oaky & spicy, with an oxidative twist.
Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Viura & Maturana Blanca from Rioja, Spain.
Selection of head-pruned Viura vineyards from the slopes of the Moncalvillo, the Sonsierra Riojana and Alto Najerilla as well as high altitude White Maturana from Finca La Nevera in Nalda.
Taste Profile: An intense nose where baked apple, white flowers, and a delicate balsamic touch coexist. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a verticality that sustains flavors of ripe fruit, notes of dried fruit, and a subtle mineral note that makes it even more appealing. Its long, enveloping finish invites you to let it breathe in the glass and savor it slowly, like those well-kept secrets of Rioja that only reveal their richness to those who dare to discover them.
Winemaking Process: Matured in 3,500-liter oak vats, where it also fermented for one year followed by a further five to six months in stainless steel to achieve natural decantation

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
