A wine bursting with raspberry, cherries spices and a pleasant, smoky hint. Juicy, structured and vivid on the palate with lovely raspberry fruit. Stylish with real impact, and wears its alcohol.
Grapes are harvested by hand. It is sorted and macerated without additives. Pressing is carried out after 9 days, followed by maturation in barrels lasting for 11 months.
