GranMonte Spring Chenin Blanc 2024
A breezy Chenin Blanc grown where you'd least expect it — 350 metres up in tropical Khao Yai.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chenin Blanc from GranMonte's 15-hectare estate vineyard in the Asoke Valley, Khao Yai, Thailand, 350 metres above sea level, farmed using the estate's own "Smart Vineyard" precision system built for tropical viticulture.
Taste Profile: Breezy and inviting with a soft impression. The nose bursts with tropical fruit and hints of pear and citrus. Crisp on the palate with zesty acidity — sweet pomelo and tropical melon with hints of white pear and lime citrus, closing in a refreshing finish.
Winemaking Process: Carefully hand harvested from the interior of the canopy, shaded from the sun to preserve high acidity and delicate aromas, picked in the cool winter nights of February. The grapes are then hand sorted before destemming and crushing.
Winemaker: GranMonte was founded in 1999 by Visooth and Sakuna Lohitnavy, who left city life to build a vineyard in the hills of Khao Yai after Visooth's father sparked the family's love of wine abroad. Their daughter Nikki, Thailand's first female winemaker, joined the estate after earning her oenology degree from the University of Adelaide in 2008 and now leads the cellar and vineyard, continuing the family's push to prove fine wine can be made in the tropics.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
