The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.

Taste Profile: Laherte Frères Rosé de Meunier is a biodynamic champagne with notes of rose petals, red fruit, orange and white pepper. On the palate it is elegant, complex and very fresh.

Winemaking Process: Laherte Frères Rosé de Meunier is the result of a combination of different winemaking methods. 60% white wine, 30% of the grapes macerated with the skins and 10% red wine.
