Botivo
Botivo is a slow-sipping botanical drink inspired by aperitifs.
Botivo is a small-batch, aperitif-inspired drink that infuses five bittersweet, herbal and citrus botanicals into a fermented apple base for several weeks to extract subtle flavours and natural complexity, then balances it out with wildflower honey. Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, water, wildflower honey, fructose, gentian, wormwood, rosemary, thyme and orange zest. Best enjoyed in what Botivo calls the "yellow hour" — the moment you clock out and ease into your evening — served with soda and sipped over ice with a juicy wedge of orange.
Botivo was created in 2021 by Sam Paget Steavenson, founder of cocktail consultancy the Rum Runner, whose private clients — including, memorably, the 2018 Royal Wedding — wanted an all-natural drink with no flavourings or preservatives. When people kept asking where they could buy the liquid he'd been serving at events, he decided to bottle it, and was joined by co-founder Imme Ermgassen, whose background in brand building helped turn it into a proper business. All ingredients are prepared and bottled on a farm in Hertfordshire, UK, with full traceability to source.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day
Perfect for those last-minute dinner parties or when you simply can’t wait to order wine online and uncork that bottle.
Otherwise, we provide a cheaper Standard Delivery option that would have your wines delivered within 3 business days

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
