Bodega Cerron Rabia 2022

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Petit Verdot from the La Muela vineyard. Coming from the Fuente ALamo village of Jumilla, this unique vineyard with rocky limestone soils produces the ideal balance between freshness & power. 

Taste Profile: A concentrated red wine with aromas of candied red and black fruit, notes of Mediterranean scrub herbs and hints of smoke. On the palate it is silky, dense and enveloping. A medium-bodied wine with invigorating acidity and a very elegant mid-palate

Winemaking Process: Organic and biodynamic farming, it undergoes manual harvest and selection. Cold maceration before fermentation in old wooden vats with native yeasts. Aged for 16 months in French oak foudre and 500-liter barrels. Bottled without filtering or clarifying.
