Aphros 'Pan' Espumante Rose 2014
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Vinhao from Vinho Verde, Portugal
Taste Profile: The Vinhão grape variety has a strong color intensity, giving this rosé its unusual color, almost a light red. Very fruity, reminiscent of blackberries and cherries, with a full body and a fresh, lively flavor, with a profile that's more vigorous than elegant.
Winemaking Process: Incomplete pressing. Decantation in inox vats and fermentation at temperatures between 12 and 14º C. Aging sur lies for 2 months. Disgorgement up to 6 months.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here
Select "Local Delivery" shipping option upon checkout, and orders made by 6PM would be able to be delivered same day

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
