Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellations
All subscriptions come with a minimum payment cycle of 4 months. After which, you would be able to pause your subscription, or cancel it. The cancellation will take effect after any existing subscription orders placed
Other Cancellations
For cancellations, we provide 2 options
- Store credit that can be used for subsequent purchases
- Refunds subsject to existing costs incurred
- Credit card charges - 3.5% would be deducted from your order value
- Deliver charges - $15 will be deducted for each failed delivery
