Montecalvi
Wine's been made at Montecalvi, just above Greve in Chianti, since the 1400s. Now a small certified-organic estate under the Drake family (also of Adelaide Hills' Collalto), it farms one of Tuscany's oldest vineyards, planted in 1932.
