Description
Raisi-Bulle is made of 99% pure grape juice and 1% bubbles by adding CO2.
The harvest takes place, depending on the year, between the end of September and the beginning of October. The grapes, harvested at perfect maturity, are pressed within the hour. Then the grape juice is quickly cooled to avoid any fermentation. Just before bottling, the juice is carbonated. It is then pasteurized (at 70°C for a few seconds) in order to preserve the maximum of the aromas of the grapes.
