Taste Profile: This wine is all about new school freshness and old school flavour and balance. Aromas of fresh pears combine with subtle floral notes. Take a sip and the tasty flavour and mouthfeel combine with fresh lime and citrus, finishing with a lingering sherbet twist leaving you wanting more.
Winemaking Process: Matured in a stainless steel egg fermenter and some old french oak
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
