In 2020 they had to make the FUCK 2020. There was nothing else more appropriate (or inappropriate) and they thought it couldn’t get any worse. Then along came 2021. So they made the 2021 Shit Show. And what a shit show it was down there in Victoria and they thought it couldn’t get any worse. Hello 2022. The possibility of nuclear war, then inflation and cost of living increases and well, shit.

Taste Profile: All light red fruits upfront, followed by a chewy, firmer finish, thanks to mataro’s notorious tannins
Winemaking Process: Matured for 8 months on skins
Easy drinking red wines with bright fruit aromas and low tannins. The wines are often released without much aging in tank, oak barrels or bottle, and are meant to be drunk early
These wines typically can be nejoyed without food, and are usually served cooler. They can be light bodied wines like Beaujolais, or light extraction styles that do not emphasize tannin & color extraction
