Taste Profile: This wine is lively and refreshing. It shows confectionary nose of strawberries, raspberries, pineapple and nuance of cream. It is youthful with a touch of natural sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity and long lingering finish.
Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
