Spier 21 Gables Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Stellenbosch, South Africa. The fruit comes from 2 different cool climate vineyards on the slopes of the Tygerberg Hills, 16km from the cold Atlantic Ocean. The vineyard was planted in 2000 on weathered shale.
Tasate Profile: Pale lemon-green in glass, this vintage is bright, fresh and has an invigorating sea-breeze character. Gooseberry, passion fruit, elderflower and kiwi fruit jostle with the delicate herbal scent of blackcurrant leaf, while the palate is balanced out by refreshing hints of lemongrass and a saline finish
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested, the fruit is cooled before destemming & crushing. After six hours of skin contact, the free-run juice was settled overnight before inoculation with a selected yeast strain. The wine matures for 4 months on the lees before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
