Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Syrah from the Rhone Valley, France. It comes from an old vine plot located near Condrieu, grown on clay soils
Taste Profile: A very expressive Shiraz, with notes of red fruits and liquorice. The mouth is ample and simple, with soft melted tannins.
Winemaking Process: Julien Pilon sublimates this plot with very precise work in the cellar, where the grapes are entirely destemmed and vinified in stainless steel vats. Short pumping over without crushing allows us to delicately extract a maximum of aromas for our greatest tasting pleasure. The wine is then aged in barrels for around ten months in order to refine the tannins of this red wine
