Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Grenache from parcels closest to Chateauneuf du Pape appellation in Rhone, France
Taste Profile: Dark red colour with garmet undertones, Powerful nose showing good ripeness and exhibiting wild Mediterranean herbs and red fruits. Good attack on the palate, the ripe and silky tannins enhance the intensity of the fruit.
Winemaking Process: The grapes are selected in the vineyard and then destemmed before being put into vats. Three weeks of fermentation and maceration in concrete vats follow, with the use of indigenous yeasts. Temperatures are kept low in order to produce aromatic wines. They do not insist on any massive extraction, but prefer the ‘matière’ to express itself. The wine then ages for 8 months in 50% barrels and 50% concrete Vats

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
