Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Malvasia from Puglia, Italy
Taste Profile: Gold hints on straw pale yellow give a preview of the wine’s vibrant freshness and tenacity. Apricot and peach alternated by delicate freesia notes and fresh moss. The same fruits and floral notes reappear on the palate with the wine’s brilliant acidity prolonging their aromatic flavors in the mouth. The balance freshness and delicacy give this wine particularly harmonious in all of its elements
Winemaking Process: The alcoholic fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C. It is then aged on the lees for three months in stainless steel tanks at 10°C.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
