Grape varietal & region: Organically farmed and carefully produced, this is an excellent vegan wine. It is produced from pure Passerina grapes, a very ancient and autochthon vine from Marche.

Taste profile: An elegant and well-balanced wine with a straw yellow colour and light, golden shades. A pleasant fruity and white flower ’s scent, a good taste to the palate, with a wide range of perceptions and final aromatic tasting persistence.

From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone.
